Dr. Charles D. Stinson

Dr. Charles D. Stinson

Dr. Charles D. Stinson is a recently retired Family Practice Physician, having worked in primary care for 30 years, advocating for preventative health and wellness with his patient population of all ages.

He is a Chicago native, having graduated from Valparaiso University with a BS in Chemistry and Biology. He graduated from Midwestern University/Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Family Practice Residency at Northwestern University/Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Stinson has been practicing medicine in Florida for over 25 years and currently lives in St. Petersburg, Florida.

John Whittlesey enjoyed a 34-year career in hospital administration, healthcare analytics and consulting, spanning non-profit, for-profit, urban, rural,system-based, and specialty facilities.

John has broad experience in hospital operations, performance improvement, benchmarking, product development, client management and strategic planning. John earned a BA in Psychology from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio and a Masters of Hospital and Health Services Administration from Xavier University, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. John McFadden

Dr. John McFadden is a distinguished healthcare professional whose career spans forty years in clinical practice, education, and administration.

He holds an undergraduate degree in nursing, three master’s degrees in healthcare administration, nursing, and anesthesiology, as well as a PhD in Nursing. Dr. McFadden’s early career began as a registered nurse and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), where he developed a strong foundation in patient care. He later transitioned to administrative roles, progressively advancing into higher-level healthcare leadership positions. In 1999, Dr. McFadden moved into higher education, joining Barry University, where he earned the rank of professor of anesthesiology in 2014. He has served as a nurse anesthesiology program director, college dean, and vice provost, overseeing program expansion, accreditation processes, and building community partnerships.

Dr. McFadden has published and presented nationally and internationally on clinical anesthesia and higher education topics. He has been recognized by his peers for his work on the boards of state and national professional associations, his involvement in drafting state legislation and policies, and his role as a change-agent for his profession.
